To qualify for our transitional housing program, individuals must be committed to personal growth, stability, and maintaining a safe, respectful living environment. While specific requirements may vary based on the program or funding source, general qualifications include:
Being in need of stable, supportive housing
Willingness to follow house guidelines and program expectations
Ability to live independently in a shared environment
Participation in case management, employment, or personal development goals (if applicable)
Verification of income, benefits, or a housing voucher (if required)
Completion of an intake assessment and approval process
We proudly work with a variety of referral sources, including community organizations and veteran support programs, and welcome both self-referrals and agency referrals.
If you’re unsure whether you qualify, we encourage you to apply or contact our team—we’re here to guide you through the process and help determine the best fit for your needs.
Residents at Restoration Pathway receive more than just housing—we provide a supportive environment focused on stability, independence, and personal growth. While services may vary based on individual needs and community partnerships, support may include:
Fully furnished living accommodations
Utilities and Wi-Fi included
Connections to community resources and support programs
Referrals to case management and supportive service providers
Employment and job readiness resources
Life skills and personal development support
Assistance with housing transition planning
Peer accountability and a structured living environment
Limited transportation support when available for essential appointments or needs
Please note that Restoration Pathway does not provide personal case management or clinical services directly. Instead, we work alongside community partners and referral agencies to help connect residents with the appropriate resources and support systems.
Residents may remain in the program for up to three years, depending on individual needs, program participation, and continued progress toward independent living goals.
To remain eligible for continued residency, residents are expected to demonstrate measurable progress every three months. This may include:
Maintaining or obtaining employment
Participating in group sessions or supportive programming
Following individualized goal plans
Working toward financial stability and independence
Actively engaging with community resources and referrals
Our program is designed to provide stability while encouraging personal growth, accountability, and long-term success toward independent living.
